Getting to know me. Is like putting a quarter into a juke box. My heart has always held a song; if you asked me what style of music I prefer, I would say to you mine is never narrowed. I am as real as they come. My heart matches everything I do. If I could say one word that describes me it would be zeal! Zeal for the Lord, zeal for life, zeal for you to be encouraged and uplifted by everything you read here.

My testimony
At 28 years old, on my knees, my mother placed her sweet hand upon me and prayed as I cried out in desperation to Jesus for Salvation and deliverance. He saved, delivered me and filled me with The Holy Spirit. Forty-five minutes later, she said I prayed in tongues and Praised my Savior.
Joy flooded my heart, and I had a brand new song in my heart. From there I started out singing and ministering. In 1999, my family, along with a group of friends, (who become leaders) pioneered and built a Church. I pastored there alongside them for 25 years.
I’ve been married to Brad Lake for 39 years. We have 3 Children, 5 grandchildren, and a beloved dog named Moses. I am a speaker, singer, songwriter, teacher and student of the Hebrew Language.
Above all, I am here to encourage you and empower you with passion as you follow Jesus.
God the Father gave to us His Word, sent us His only begotten Son, empowers us with the Holy Spirit. All three, We are not in this life alone.
Let’s journey together. My hope for this site is to open your hearts for what’s ahead. You’re on an adventurous journey as you partake of each word that is expressed through the window of my soul. Let yourself read with a rhythm for I know the thread of harmonious melody is interwoven within each word for my life, is a song and is His work, His design for He is the master craftsmen who throughout my life has been molding and making all this into reality.

I live passionately about the Real Jesus. Why? Have you met Him? The Real Jesus, not the one of religious men boxed in version. The Pharisees tried to do the same. Religious people are often hypocritical or judgmental, know that Jesus saw that too — and didn’t like it either.
I just want everyone to know he’s out here on the streets, in the schools, at your jobs, in the parks, hospitals, nursing homes, wherever there’s a need, wherever there is a heart crying out for Him.
I’m not affiliated with any particular church or denomination.
Yes, I was for 25 years before I was called to a life of retirement. Retirement from all that is behind you not from what’s ahead of you.
This is real and needed really now!
